This policy emphasizes WeHealth's corporate social responsibility principles and highlights the importance and priority of this issue for management, employees, and all stakeholders.

As an integral part of its core values, WeHealth operates with a consciousness of social responsibility in all of its activities. Within this framework, WeHealth prioritizes improving the community while considering the best interests of society and the environment. We strive to take a leading role in activities related to democracy, human rights, and environmental protection.

We firmly believe that corporate social responsibility principles are among the essentials of sustainable development. We view providing value to the community in which we live as one of our primary responsibilities. Within this framework, we conduct social responsibility and sponsorship activities in various areas, including education, sports, the environment, and the arts.

The fundamental principles we rely on in our social responsibility practices are as follows:

1. Human Rights;

We respect human rights. We treat everyone equally and fairly. We are sensitive to the traditions and cultures of Turkey and the countries where we operate, and we adhere to all legal regulations.

We do not accept discrimination among employees based on language, race, color, gender, political beliefs, beliefs, religion, sect, age, physical disability, and similar reasons. We believe that all our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe working environment that is in line with human dignity. Our employees are our most valuable assets, and ensuring their safety and protection is our top priority.

We believe that human resources are the most important element of sustainable growth. We ensure that the labor rights of our employees are used in full and correctly. We treat employees honestly and fairly and commit to a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy working environment.

2. Working Conditions;

2.a. Prevention of Child Labor

Child labor cannot be employed at any stage of our company. Businesses must comply with the age limit specified by ILO for the employment of children. This age limit should not be lower than the age reached by the child at the end of compulsory education and should in no case be less than 15 years.

2.b. Wages and Social Services, Working Hours

Wages and social services should be determined in accordance with the basic principles in force in terms of minimum wage, overtime, and legally required social services. Working hours should comply with applicable legal regulations.

2.c. Right to Work Freely

Forcing labor or compulsory labor is prohibited. Employees should have the right to terminate the employment contract within a reasonable period.

2.d. Health and Safety

We ensure the safety and health of employees in the workplace in compliance with legal regulations, and we strive for continuous improvement for the improvement of the working environment.

3. Business Ethics

3.a. Fight Against Corruption

The highest level of honesty is expected in all business activities and relationships. Any form of corruption, bribery, extortion, and abuse is strictly prohibited.

3.b. Ban on Discrimination

Discrimination against employees of any kind is prohibited. This includes disadvantaging individuals based on gender, race, social group, color, disability, affiliation with a union, political views, origin, religion, age, or pregnancy.

3.c. Freedom to Work

Forced labor or compulsory labor is prohibited. Employees should have the right to terminate the employment contract within a reasonable period.

3.d. Health and Safety

The institution ensures the safety and health of employees in the workplace, complies with the legal regulations, and continuously strives for the improvement of the working environment.

4. Environment

We manage environmental effects arising from all kinds of activities with responsibility. We aim to achieve effective environmental management with a commitment to technical, financial, and human resources necessary to achieve the principles and goals related to the environment at every stage of the selection of raw materials and service activities.
